way too hard. its an underground mine which tend to be expensive, but pits have massive $0 over burden so its probably a wash. then you've gotta figure out recoveries, cost of inputs, labour, village and fifo vs local commuters (not likely), capex, etc etc etc.
there is a reason why these docs take 12 months+ to write.... they are super tedious... and this is only pre-feasibility. personally I'm gonna sit back and see what happens. but given the credit minerals its likely to be solid for a first pass. however, keep an eye on the prices they assume as boom cycles dont last forever.
