You bought for 522k + 4% or so SD and fees including say 1k = 543880 approx. ill leave the interest out as i don't know what rent was.

Sold for 510 + legals say 1k + 1.8% RE fee = approx 499820.

so a 43k approx loss in 2 yrs or around 9% loss without taking into account rates, insurance and extra interest payments. Id say it was more like 10+% ! Well lucky you got out now. This is just the beginning.
