Just to be clear I do not accept property to be a bad investment.
I took a loss on it for my own reasons, my direction has changed from 2 years ago is all.
I have accepted losses on shares
Losses on a horse or two
Losses on cars
Losses on Moter bikes
Losses on boats
Even accept a loss on a wife.
It doesnt make any of them bad investments. I have had many success in all of the above to.
They were all my choices and I don't regret the purchase or investment on all of them, it is difficult to take a loss, but as life changes you need to change with it and except things for what the are, not live in constant fear of losing.
As I mentioned before, I think there are some excellent residential oppurtunities out there right now.
