Kindergarden,
if you invest 20k and it makes you a net profit of 200k its 1000% return on your investment.
if you made an investment of 88k and after two year got back 31k that's a loss of 64% (as explained in my previous post)
property on a loan is a leverage investment,
and just like any leverage investment it goes both way.
Only thing that matters is how much one invested and how much one is taking back period.
what is so difficult to understand?
