fbx258 Why are you so hell bent on trying to put such a negative spin on things? I didn't try to avoid or dispute SD, legals and RE fees, in fact I pointed them out (without assigning an amount). I am well aware of the overall losses which are somewhat less with the tax savings I have been given. I was merely pointing out sale price to sale price and in such a short advertised price. The next fellow has all those same cost getting in and out, so really the sale price is the only variable to take into account.
