Was the recent announcement a COO!!

So far the market does not seem to think so!

Whilst the new COO is probably very capable, it is a promotion to this role wih no previous experience at this level before, she has a lot to prove, we wish her well!

The market for this stock is clearly looking for results, positive results.

A return to some level of dividends would be a major boost for the stock.

Expansion and/or an aquisition or reporting of winning some major contracts would also send very positive messages about the activities of the company.

Also having a COO to share the load will hopefully free up the MD to look at some areas of expansion of the business!

The market for labour is clearly picking up, with Clarius already commenting of increased demand leading to some labour shortages in some areas, the future looks rosie, but one has to capitilise on it! we wish them well!
