I haven't posted in a while.

I had a chance to read through the preso tonight.

Looking forward to a little color commentary from those who had the privilege to attend.

Some positives from the preso that I saw:

1. Rcrow already mentioned the 4 infill development wells. I will be watching the ND website to see if approved in the latter part of December.

2. Everett is to be fracced in December. Good to get it on line soon. It has been one big potential not bringing any money into our coffer for the last 1/2 year.

3. Small frac and test of SOA in December for Muddy Formation.

4. Expected drilling date of Gretel II is around 15 December which is only a few weeks away.

5. My Favorite: Page 21. Coiled tubing conveyed stimulation as an option is being examined, this could be achieved in the December/January period. EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE.

I find number 5 the most consoling. There is currently between a 3-5 month waiting period for frac crews and equipment in the Bakken region. The fact that we could possibly be fraccing by the end of December is HUGE. Especially if Defender has issues, it may protect our SP with Aus II being fracced and put on production by the middle of January.

I know alot of people are very negative on Defender. I still think it is way too premature to determine its value. I have noticed that same cautiousness in Hartley's also as I read their report.

It would be nice to hear any comments concerning this at the AGM today. I still have to believe that this will be a decent well. I struggle how we cannot have a commercial well with the textbook drilling that was performed and the extremely positive logging and preliminary work that was reported. Not letting my shares go at this point. If Defender is a bust then we may see 7-8 cents but I believe Aus II will bring it back above 12 cents within weeks of the Defender results. If Defender is commercial, then there will be plenty missing the substantial rise. I'm still sticking my neck out and saying that Defender should be profitable and we should know in about 3 weeks.
