    I agree on all of your points.

    I term "oil saturated" for the Muddy j Sand ..... my guess is that SOA may eventially get approval for a lateral. I haven't written off the deeper Permian sourced targets either.

    I remain very happy to sit of some very strategic oil acreages regardless of what headline leads the market next week.
