I would have thought that the Directors would be equally compensated after their free issues last year when they actually produce something and the share price doubles or goes even higher as has been suggested. I certainly do not believe in rewarding non-success with giving them another huge slice of the company at such discounted prices.

If they truly expect to be rewarded in addition to their current high salaries, actually produce something that will increase the value of the shares and options and then like the rest of us they will again be rewarded. They could also buy shares and options like the rest of us if they want to hold more! Just my thoughts. Bernie
