One medium term [1-3 months] strategy I like to employ is deciphering which markets are crowded.. a crowded market relates to every man and his uncle is involved in a market due to various reasons. Bottom line being - majority of these street have the same consensus.
More often than not - crowded markets become severely unbuckled as crowded markets are trading on current information not future information.
No one knows what the future holds. But one thing is for sure, the market loves inflicting pain, it thrives on it, it lives on it.
