There's nothing wrong with believing in Santa Claus around this time of year.
However, Xmas is almost over.
Its the verifiable gas reserves which are valuable not the GSA. GSA's will be everwhere once you have the 2p reserves. This whole thing is just a pointless exercise in commercial vanity designed to justify the excessive cash burn of the core executives.
