I don't see the difference between ECB printing money to bail...

I don't see the difference between ECB printing money to bail out bonds etc and ECB printing money so Banks can pay out their loans..

Yes...the banks have been guilty of not passing it on but I expect the result will be..

1. Market stability
2. Return to positive sentiment
3. Growth in Markets
4. M&A
5. Shareholder returns
6. Growth

Isn't this what the US has done?

Am I missing something?
(apart from profits)
