To support all those who suggested CEO in this thread, here's the factors that support a bullish view for CEO at least for this immediate period...watch the price:)
1. one year's all time high 2. outbreak of ascending triangle 3. moving within an impulse 5th wave up 4. under accumulation 5. positive divergence between stoch-rsi and the accumulation chart 6. outbreak with volume 7. and "flavour of the period" ie coal
