actually the stellar performance has increased the number of agents and many find listings harder to get,while sales are not booming ,listings are not either so lots are sitting on the fence,undoubtedly there will be increasing mortgage stress sales but there is a lot of cash,sitting in accounts with little likelihood of greatly improved rates---cash eventually finds a home and with a likely wages push this year
my bet is it will be a good year for investors
