CUL has got great tenements and as you said demand from India/ China should support eventual production from some of its resources, starting with the API JV. Zazore is spot on though, the SP has performed poorly compared to other low cap resource stocks over the last few yrs. I agree this is due to the big shareholders fiddling, however i think the board of CUL like all shareholders would like a higher price and i think they have faith that over the long term CUL's assets will speak for themselves. I tend to agree. Patience.
