I'm not sure about whether this is the way things happened? but in my view if they had the LNG plant ready for Sengkang sitting around waiting? due to all the delays imposed by the Indons, then surely it would make sense to divert it to PNG where they can use it pretty well straight away, and if or when Indonesia made up their minds? then a new LNG plant could be purchased for that, all it would mean is that Senkang would be further delayed but through no fault of EWC?
If the Indons don't like it, then they have no one else to blame but themselves surely?
