There is little or no point having the LNG train sitting in Indonesia if it isn't happening, perhaps it will take more time to deliver the necessary permits, but it is far better to utilise what you already have spent money on right now that just sit and wait.
Mont said this a while back and it makes sense to me.
EWC must get a 'can do ' philosophy over the line and they will be quickly rereated even before the big dollars start rolling in. Next step get one or more projects finished and the dollars in the bank and another rerating will take place. Get another project finished, a higher p/e than before and another rerating.
