Item 1: need to get their skates on if they are going to drill another two wells,even the first well is not 'complete'
Item 2: relinquished acreage
Item 3: JV problems - fixed no time soon
Item 4: JV problems - fixed no time soon

I wonder what events are they going to lie about in the next twelve months ?
