2012 annual report

Was there a 2012 annual report?

The last annual report listed under the "annual report" heading on their web site is the 2009 annual report.

After 2009 on the web site, they seem to have only listed quarterly and half-year reports, which contain lesser detail than an annual report.

I thought it was compulsory for all ASX companies to release an annual report. For ELM I can find results of annual report meetings, but not the actual detailed report itself.

I might be missing something here, or not looking in the correct places. I have emailed the company for clarification but have not received a reply yet.
