This is the first time I have ever posted anything on HotCopper but I feel that I must.
I feel let down by Cameron, Craven and Alan Baker from Retirewell.
I am a client of Retirewell but will certainly not be in future.
I heard that last Friday, Cameron phoned up major shareholders telling them that everything was OK but did not tell them that she was selling down.
Craven as chairman would have had to sign off on Cameron's sale of shares before the sale knowning very well that C Bio's Trading Policy has a blackout period of 2 days before any material announcement. The 14 December was under this Black Out period. I believe that good corporate governance dictates that Cameron and Craven should immediately resign from the board and Cameron should also resign as CEO.
It also would be nice to know when the C Bio board got notice from Novo Nordisk that they were not going to exercise their option.
