I would say as the market picks up and investor expose themselves to more risk, it will hover around the 15-16cent mark.
It will not reach anywhere near what people are hoping - never has and probably never will unless game changing news is released. I've said this many times about this stock - it can be read like a book. The boat is leaky and one can predict if a discovery is a good one imho.
