I have received email advice that the sales figures will be released with the Annual Accounts.This does not make sense since they have been able to issue them promptly in past years. Surely the market needs to be kept up to date.
Questions I have for TFC are;
1.Did the arrears fund pay for their 80 hectares & if not, surely this is a cancelled sale for 380 hectares in total.
2.Am I correct in assuming that the US endowment fund did not take up its option as we have not had advice to the contrary.
3. While the 30 May commentary referred to future sales they seem to be missing at this stage.
4. I cannot understand how a Company worth A130 million is not able to advise its sales for about 7 weeks after the end of the year.
