    SPS (formerly MDA) issued 5m SPS shares to EDM as interest payment of their loan today.

    The loan amounted to $1,359,047.44 with Mar 2012 maturity was revised down to $598,716.81

    I didn't see any repayment of $760,330.63 from MDA to EDM.

    Can anyone confirm that?
