At least EDM is still called EDM for now.

With no executive Director in EDM currently, any impairment charge by SPS(MDA) could only be unilateral. I would contest that.

From SPS ann yesterday, the term 'reduction' was used, no impairment was mentioned. How that reduction came about is a mystery. I think it would be illegal if the EDM board (is there one?) just gives away money of public listed company without commercial returns.

If things go pear shape, those responsible should watch their backside.
