    Email received from avb yesterday implied next ANN is due VERY soon, obviously can not release when, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see something today or this week, someone mentioned 10.5c yesterday, and although I've given up the bad habit of guesstimating prices short term, I wouldnt be surprised to see double figures this week in anticipation of good news

    Either way, 2012 is something to look forward to for holders
