Been hearing the "capping" argument from the time the stock went from 23c to 6c....the truth is that it's a liquid stock, popular with traders, and that there are people who are genuine sellers for whatever reason....This is what makes a market and enables buyers to enter at reasonable prices

The fundamentals will take care of the price long term, irrespective of the amount of shares in issue
