I am guessing that you were at the AGM. If possible could you give uss a bit of flavour on the following:
1. rejection of the option package - how did this happen? how did it go down with the directors etc?
2. Singapore listing - was this explicitly mentioned? or was this scuttlebutt from directors/executives after the formal presentation? What is the rationale for doing it? Originally it was to be a parallel listing to give HK funds an opportunity to invest, not to raise funds - but now it may be to issue stock.
3. Did they present any financials? Particularly remaining capex and funding that?
4. Did they re-iterate the Keera liguification terminal completion date as Q2 2014? or do they now expect slippage?
5. Reading between the lines now, it seems the Wasambo production wells are going to be feeding the terminal - did they talk about gas allocations to the power plant vs the LNG plant? Did the talk about progress in filling the wasambo POD?
5. Did they talk about offtake agreement? or sale of equity to an offtaker (as they did with Tokyo gas)?
