You say there is at least an equal chance of cats being less as more than the QBE allowance. This, as you would be aware, is a gross understatement (and I like conservatism in projections). I would expect the chance of NOT using all the Cat reserves as over 90%.
I still hold to my expectation of QBE over $20 by 2016 and I expect thast to be a conservative estimate.
