It is hard to argue the points that you have made as they are to me at least accurate.

I think what would be good for the future of Neon is for Alan Stein to be the Executive Chairman and not a non executive. Alan has now relinquished his committment to Ophir Energy, which I understand he started from an IPO. In a previous post it was mentioned indirectly about management selling shares and this was Alan as I recall when he was involved in Ophir Energy. Nevertheless I think he would be an asset to Neon by virtue of more involvement as I do see him as the brains trust and a person who makes things happen. I am not saying the current management is underdone actually far from it however, Stein would be the cherry on the cake and if this was announced it would be reflected in the SP.
