Well I wonder if Monash are fairdinkum, or are they positioning themselves into a kind of call option over ESI - they get in on the ground floor if all goes ok, otherwise they walk away, hope ESI runs out of funding then picks it up cheap.
Just hope management succeeds in signing up a few other funding partners who come up with some funds (real cash, not just expressions of interest or promises of funding), so we aren't so dependent on Monash - seems to me all they have done so far is string us along
