The Chinese want to accumulate as much as possible and as cheap as possible before the physical sky rockets .

I do note that on Turd fergusons report , the current shorts on silver is massive .

as for IVR I believe JA is a great geologist , but he would be lucky to sell bags of iCE to day in Victoria and south Australia Temp 40c plus. That is to say , he would be very good at teaching geology but as a CEO selling the Pro's of IVR he is not in the hunt .

I have listened to him 3 times and the general reaction was this stuff is way over everyone's head and there were a lot of yawns , plus boredom , these are never good signs when potential investors are involved
