Cant say I agree. I am willing to pay a premium to live close to the city. Being home in 15 minutes compared to 1+hr is worth it to me to get home to my family. There are plenty more just like me.
On the other hand if I couldnt afford it I would live in the burbs. I wouldnt complain about it though-buy what you can afford.
