In many areas/price brackets, the market started to pick up 6 months ago. Obviously, though, if you do regularly analyse a wide range of areas/price brackets, you are totally unaware of any price direction.
That said, analysis by the ABS, RP Data, APM and Residex will universally demonstrate price rises across the majority of areas/price brackets over the next 1-3 years.
Of course, some will sit behind their computer screens and deny the evidence.
