Hi timmo, when I look at potential supply I try to frame it in terms of has it been dealt with? i.e. revisited. The best potential supply is a sideways range that has broken a lot lower so you know people are trapped there and haven't had a chance to get out so expect a bounce when you get back to these areas. With LYC, it had the massive auction at 64c then ranged between that and 60c then broke down to 55c. After a little while trawling the lows we had 2 big days which went up to 63.5c giving those trapped a chance to get out even and then if they chose not to accept then the option to be shaken out at a loss. Then had very low volume for a few days (no supply) but protecting the 57.5c mark and keeping out the bottom feeders (like me :) and potential weak holders scalping the bounce off major support at 55c. No idea what will happen next, feels like a pump and dump, 10% not bad for a few days' work.
