whether the market is right or wrong depends on your definition of right or wrong.
timmo wants to define right/wrong as what the market is willing to pay for something. the markets are efficient and fast enough with modern technology making the market a vey acurate reflection of market sentiments. so timmo is right.
jan wants to define right/wrong as to how closely it reflects the true value of the share - using that definition, timmo is wrong as the market can only give us a very gross indication of the true value and the confidence ( cant remember the term statisticians use) of accuracy is not very high.
