Nothing new there. They told us all that in the announcement.
The expect the DFS to be released in March, so I don't think that is a variable.
We can speculate as much as we like. For example, who was it that bought up to 15.5c in a matter of minutes a week or so ago?
Who knows and frankly I'm beyond caring.
The only issue to be resolved is funding. That kicks of in earnest when the DFS is released.
Technically its good buying at these levels. That is stating the obvious, I know.
