In 10 years this board/management have delivered an illiquid share price which in 2014 was .066 cents.
10 years later the share price today is .024 cents and cannot be traded due to liquidity issues.
They have appointed a new CEO who has not been heard from in 12 months.
The Chairman of the company after a disastrous last 12 months with declining revenues, company showing a massive loss, CEO and CFO resigning along with other Asian executives - has appointed a new CEO who was instrumental years ago in setting up the now failed Netsuite agency operation, to do it all over again.
It is crazy/madness!
Over all the years I have been involved as an investor and the continual message from the company was the acquisition trail they were on - they purchased "tinpot" backyard operations for peanuts and the result was in peanuts.
The listing needs a new business model and a board/management with vision - to continue down the same path and recycle this mess is commercial suicide.
