Why don't the respective govts bloody help out a bit more. It's not like they're not going to get anything out of it.
Does anyone recall how much funding these guys have pledged?
Can't just sit back and expect the Chinese to pump billions of $$ in and then reap the rewards. Frustrating, to say the least, but hanging in hoping for a good outcome.
