Phantom Petrosen are free carried through the exploration phase and then have the option to take it to 18 % , if they do that and there is some doubt, FAR's WI reduces to 13.7% , COP'S and CNE WI also reduces .
Once the field goes to production Petrosen looses it's free carry....it's thought in some circles that Petrosen will stick with 10% because of the costs involved developing the field...
