From my understanding nobody has walked away from the table and a few decent surprises are coming our way, big names, big $$ drugs/markets. Whilst it would be nice to have had one or two in the past "46" days as is being talked about here, I think we all, including the pharma, pretty much shut down for business over the Christmas/holiday season so no biggy on things taking a while longer.
Alan has shown that the larger end of town is willing to sign deals with UNS and that the communication from the company over the past few years was nothing but the truth, we have been in discussions for years with these guys while development of product takes place and while the potentials conducted their DD. I think the company's word and enthusiasm about the deals to come has a lot of credibility about it and I see it as though Alan just wanted holders to understand what was about to transpire during 2013 and leading into 2014.
I remember when some on these boards were asking for Alan to temper expectations during 2013 and just announce the deals as they come.
