    Steffen,I understand your frustration but as has been pointed out before by other posters Mr Shortall has no control over when deals are signed.If you were at the meeting you will remember how he indicated that the large size of some of the pharmaceutical companies they are negotiating with have up to nine divisions,the heads of which need to sign off on any agreements. Plus you have the case of company lawyers quibbling over the meaning of an English word in a contract!And if they're French lawyers that'd be even worse!!
    As for the shorters,[hedge funds mainly with deep pockets who stop at nothing as we've seen to try and drag down a companies share price in order to profit],their average sell price is $2.80.With the current price above $4.60,they should be wearing scuba gear.
    Personally,I'm taking advantage of their share manipulation to add to my holding when funds permit.
