Boris, please read 2910s previous post as it is totally correct. Nearly every poster and shareholder here is well versed and in fact previously thoroughly debated and understands the share performance purchase plan before voting on it some time ago now. The directors receive no benefit from it unless the share price is north of 28 cents . The balance sheet as hi lighted by yourself is purely correct accounting procedure to allow for the issuing of (escrowed) performance shares .
