Can anyone/everyone that owns this stock give me their view on what they think of the Directors of this company getting paid over $4M per year when the company is valued at $16M (and way overvalued at that imo)? (per 2013 annual)
Why is there/what do you think of the company having 7 Directors on the Board including 2 Executive Directors???
Seems ridiculous imo.
What is going on here and why????
