Do you mean KMM?
I have raised concerns about this in my recent conversation with the company. I was told this was a common setup.
My understanding is that KMM are appointed under a management agreement to handle the affairs of SBR. However I am aware of at least one shareholder who has been contacted by Jim (presumable JDP) on behalf of Sabre in the past.
Greater disclosure of this relationship would be great as this is something that has always concerned me.
I am actually not sure if Sabre has any employees at all, I expect they may be all employees or consultants of KMM.
