When was this Agent?

The structure is the same as it was 18 months ago before Tim was there. There are still directors and a company secretary just no CEO.

My point here is this is not a new setup it is simply reverting to the same setup as 18 months or so ago.

However on all other points I agree. I can't see why we should be getting answers from the major shareholder who doesn't appear to hold any official position.

Just wondering if there is enough dissatisfied other shareholders to force their hand. KMM only has 33% so there is another 66% out there that can cast a vote.
