I fully agree and am very surprised with what is happening at SBR.

If a major shareholder in this instance KMM takes over the day to day operations and is representing SBR to the rest of the shareholders and the public, i think there is a serious chance of having a conflict of interest or knowing information before the rest of us.

Where is the control? Surely there should be some form of governance over this?

I do understand that some major shareholders like to take active part in day to day operations of companies; however they dont just become the company and start acting as the face of the company all of a sudden.

This is will be completely unfair to us minor shareholders. May be time to call ASX to clarify.
