    Peace, I concur with your view but am also trying to remain reasonably conservative. Agree the world has moved on from when the report was written, and we have progressed past the milestones that the report mentions, but there are limited independent views on PAB, and I don't want to be accused of pumping the stock! If licensed at phase II then yes I would expect milestone payments and low double digit % royalties.
