Yes Goggy they announced that on the 18th December. My question is how did they come to hold 150 million shares? I thought that ASR shares were issued to PIF holders on a 1 for 1 basis. When did Wellington acquire them? - I'm sure on of our more knowledgeable holders will know the answer.
