It's possible - but, my feeling is it is positioning for the new year - which imo starts today.
I think EAS will be meeting tonight and may make some strategic decisions for increasing positions - BUT, they may have made those decisions already and are executing now??
don't know for sure - but, they sure do work to a recipe and a plan.
They will be far more across what is happening in the US ---------- for heaven's sake - you can find pictures of Eddie with ex Pres. Bush and a heap of leading pollies splattered all over the internet - so he would have connections to burn inside Washington and inside DOD
they know what is coming
the only thing up for grabs is how they build the positions imo ------------ either soak em up gradually or buy with the ears pinned back - or get a raising and guarantee takeup.
The board is too strong to give away dilution lightly - and they are under no financial stress to do so - so, if they give away dilution - we can be very assured that we will get one hell of a return for the price.
Personally - I think they will soak up what they can - ie. the low hanging fruit - then they will buy with their ears pinned back - and maybe force a raising or two -----------
during that whole process the MC will rerate from $100 mil. to billions ------------- just how many and how fast is what I don't know.
By the rate of happenings - I would say 2015 is going to be a colossal year - and possibly 2016 as big if not bigger --------------- depends on how things go.
