Pinto - Your post and replies are always excellent. I havent really read one where I majorly think your of the mark.
I think the video is excellent and what is nice to see is that we have a well spoken, educated and well presented CEO at the helm. I get your point about the emotion, but I guess, if you can see genuine emotion in these type of presentations, then you can feel fairly confident that what is being said is meant.
